Lovely Hotel perfectly situated in the Brunel University Complex, with ample Parking. Only a short walk into Uxbridge Town Centre.
Staff were lovely, helpful and very friendly. Good size Family Room, with nice Bathroom. Comfy beds. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location in the middle of Brunel university. Fantastic room which was clean and spacious. Food options though limited menu in restaurant, my steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly . Breakfast was excellent buffet of hot and cold. Staff really welcoming and friendly

Had to stay in Uxbridge area and found the Lancaster Hotel excellent. Booking in was easy and service impeccably with the friendly staff. Free parking on the Uni grounds as well. Room was clean and shower a good warm strength. Had full English breakfast everyday and dinner one night, all at a good price. Next visit to UK and I will definitely stay there again.

Big BIG thanks to the 2 lovely young women working late on 9/12/24 who checked me in after I walked out of a total dump, ahem, sorry, I mean ‘hotel’ down the road.
I booked via booking.com 10 minutes before arriving at the hotel. Very quick easy check in, especially considering the incredibly last minute booking. A spacious and clean double room, a bath, toiletries and variety of flavoured teas (currently sipping the peppermint as I type this)

No cooked breakfast, due to staff issues again. The cold breakfast was not as advertised. Very disappointed as I had paid for full breakfast in advance. I would had booked another hotel. Best to phone and ask if breakfast is available before you book.

Lovely hotel situated in the heart of Brunel University. Located very conveniently to transport links and restaurants. Location seems pretty safe as it is in the middle of the University. Rooms are average, but clean and well equipped. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Free parking is also available for hotel guests which is a bonus in London. Great hotel if you are looking for a hotel that is reasonably priced, safe and conveniently located.

Traveling with our 2 month old baby, we needed to divide our journey in two. The Lancaster hotel was perfectly located and they were able to provide a cot as well. We had a very comfortable overnight stay and the staff were welcoming and informative. The buffet breakfast was great with lots to offer.

A simple and cosy place. The staff are friendly and helpful, and professional too. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower is in the bath tub so it may not be easy for old folks to get in and out of the bath tub. When I open the toilet seat cover, it hits the wall, I would suggest the hotel to place a small rubber cushion on the wall.
