Lauren has improved my life in ways I never thought possible! Before I met Lauren, I had very little overall muscle strength, and terrible balance! In the time I've worked with her, I've improved my strength by as much as 4 times what it was previously. My balance has greatly improved, to the point I can easily balance on one leg (which was virtually impossible before). Lauren has also helped me prepare be confident in a new activities, from hiking in rough terrain, to archery, horseback riding, and paddle boarding! This summer I even was able to take a paddle board fitness class successfully for the first time! Along the way she has also rehabbed shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries, to the point I have little to no pain even with advanced workouts. Lauren is truly a gem, and I've recommended her to friends who had the same remarkable results I have. Can't recommend her enough for anyone, regardless of fitness level or injury status...she can change your life 🙂

Lauren is an excellent Personal Trainer. She designed a programme based around my requirement to get stronger and faster on the badminton court . The sessions were always tough but enjoyable and I could tell they were really well thought out with exercises to mimic sport specific movements. Not only did Lauren design a fantastic programme but she taught me a lot about exercise which enabled me to continue to workout on my own even after we finished working together . The mark of a true progressional- teaching me to be self sufficient.

I started working with Lauren as a new mum. I had lost confidence in my body and its abilities after having children. I felt weak, my posture had changed and I felt very unbalanced. I have always been active and really wanted to get back onto my mountain bike and my snowboard. Lauren didn’t just help me to regain my strength but also designed exercises that would help me get better at mountain biking and snowboarding which has been so meaningful to me as I was able to start up again with so much more confidence. I also have a lot more energy to run around with my demanding toddler. It’s so lovely to feel like the “fun mum” and really get involved in all activities with my family. Lauren is the best, I’m so grateful to have found her.

I’ve been training with Lauren for a few years now. She has been great at working around my injuries both chronic and acute.

Lauren has amazing knowledge in movement to help with skill development. I think I throw a new sports (or life) movement goal at her almost every week, and her suggestions are always spot on.

I sometimes struggle to see the improvements I’ve made, so the videos she sends of me are helpful feedback.

I appreciate the time she takes to communicate outside of sessions, to see what’s working and if I need help with my independent sessions.

I’ve worked with several trainers over the years and Lauren has by far been the best and most helpful; I highly recommend her!

I have worked with Lauren for over 3 years and I wouldn't want to train with anyone else! She is the absolute professional, always making sure she understands what I want and need from a session, plans things to work towards my goals (not some goal that she thinks I should have!) and adjusts depending on the day. She impresses me with her intuative ability to read my mood, she knows exactly when to push and when to step back. I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone looking for a coach who is also a really great human!

Lauren has been working with me for the better part of a year now.
She helped me get moving following long inactivity due to illness and 'old' age.She designs workouts to meet personal needs and abilities - and manages to achieve surprising , desirable results.
in addition she is very pleasant , supportive and encouraging while remaining efficient .
