Yesterday we held our 4 year old's party here at Leapfrogs. This is the second year in a row that we have held our little ones party here.

Yet again, the staff at Leapfrogs were very attentive and asked us how we wanted the day rather than pushing us to certain times like other places we have been.

Our son has a severe nut allergy, which they catered for so that he didn't feel excluded.

No one at the party experienced any issues with the softplay itself or with the food and drink.

The food provided as part of the party was just what 4 year olds needed to refuel and keep playing afterwards.

All in all everybody had a brilliant time and I believe some of our friends will be booking their children's party here in the future.

Great soft play, the baby area is a really good size with loads of toys, that are actually working - usually you go to these places and nothing has any batteries in it! The staff are friendly, and the coffee ok. It’s free for under 12 months and free for adults. There are only a few parking spaces but you can easily park in the community centre and walk across.
The only thing that lets it down as it was quite cold in here, and not really any fault to the owners but… someone let their kid poop in the babies area, didn’t clean it up, then my son sat in it - that’s more down to the disgusting parents who didn’t think to check and wipe it up!!

The softplay and members of staff at leapfrogs are all absolutely fantastic.

We have been back multiple times since our son was born and even had a birthday party here.

Our son loves running round the softplay with his friends, with plenty for them to do including a football court. Its also nice that you're able to see them at all times as it is very well set up.

The staff are really attentive when it comes to a party, asking about all aspects of the party, from food to setting up decorations.

Our son has multiple allergies, which were accounted for when deciding what to put out for the party.

The handle for the door is quite high up and not really accessible for kids which means you don't really have to worry too much about them escaping.

All in all I would highly recommend Leapfrogs as a Softplay!

Fantastic indoor soft play area for children. Staff are so welcoming. The soft play area is clean and well maintained. Coffee is nice and the bacon Brie and cranberry panini was so yummy. Children get to eat and play for £8 which is a great price for what you get. The picnic has everything your little one needs. Will definitely be returning. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not go with preschool kids in school holidays.
Staff are not attentive and happy to let 8 9 year olds run riot in the under 4 section. Not just playing in there but scaring younger children.
Ordered two identical meals for my boys, they came 20 minutes apart and one was wrong.
Sure things would be better in term time

More equipment than most

£8 for play and dine for children with a choice of a variety of meals including jacket potatoes with fillings, nuggets, fish fingers,pizza or a picnic lunch

My grandson opted for the latter so a sandwich, banana, orange and yoghurt with a drink

He bumped into his friend from nursery and so had a whale of a time

Brilliant Playgym! It’s Clean, Spacious, has friendly staff & is well organized. Your able to let you kids run wild. View points for keeping an eye on your loved ones are perfect as your central.
They have a baby, under 5’s & 5+ areas.
Food & drinks are great, they serve lovely coffees & hot/cold food for Parents & Kids.
Highly recommend! Over the moon this place is only a stone throw away.
