First course was really good, sadly second course was cancelled at the last minute. Difficult to get a person to speak to , I tried for an entire day, leaving two messages but no one got back to me. Second day I got through to a friendly young man and he was able to give me information regarding the cancelled course and further courses. He restored my faith somewhat so I will book again.

Went into the centre and it was as much as the young lady could do to say 'hello' let alone offer to help me.............Really put me off. I was a bit nervous as it was.
Same with the phone call (a young person answered) it was very much to the point and seemed unfriendly Sorry but that was my actual experience earlier today.

I walked out without chatting to anyone.
