I have spent 3 weeks now chasing my nvq certificates. The communication as soon as I had completed the learning. Has been shocking for organising exam dates to getting replies on completion and now to even get my certificates to avoid being charged by my employer. Really disappointed as the gentleman who took me through my NVQ and maths tutor were great.
