I randomly stumbed upon this salon and enquired a hair cut, when I came to my appointment everyone was very nice and quickly started my hair cut by student Natalie. She was very professional and took great care of me and my hair offering me a drink, (gave me a head massage which was amazing!), always double checking with me and asking for guidance from her teacher. I am in LOVE with my haaaair, it's exactly what I wanted.

Sadly not a great experience, not the trainees fault. Straight forward curly blow-dry but, due to the lack of supervision by trainers, it was a poor outcome. I'm a regular model at many other establishments but, this has never happened before.

this place is Worse place for study .my wife went their for beauty course. the Romanian teacher she doesn't have sense how to teach .she had worse unprofessional behaviour i complaints to different members of staff in Upper level but every one try to saveed each other back . I dont recommend this place to go and runied your future.they are scammer and will robed you.

I've been coming here for 8 years for my hair. I have never come here for another service but today I came here for my nails. The person doing my nails was extremely rude. She cut my nails right to my skin and filed my skin when I told her she was hurting me she through a fit and walked off. Her name was Hannah.

I booked in for a bleach and cut after seeing the 'models wanted' signs in the window. I booked in for the following week on the Wednesday, which was when I was needed for that treatment.

I took the day off work for the 10:00 appointment, but when I arrived the leader/teacher informed me that it couldn't go ahead as there wasn't any product. I wouldn't mind if they informed me in advanced, but the whole place seems very badly run and unorganised. The booking system is little scraps of paper, and all 3 times i've been in there it has been uncomfortable and seemingly difficult to book.

I didn't have high expectations of this place as it is an academy and is affordable, but it managed to be worse than expected.

I went to LHAA wanting to colour my hair a shade warmer than my natural colour, Holly (who is the lovely student who coloured my hair), patiently helped me in choosing the exact shade of brown I wanted for my hair.
I really appreciate the fact that Holly ,who is still learning ,wasn’t comfortable in cutting my big curly hair and asked her teacher Aisha( I hope I got the name right?)to take over...

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Aisha for the amazing hair cut, and Holly for colouring my hair.
Because of you two I went back to the office feeling like a Super ?....
