Richard is a really good instructor. Even though I did not pass first time Richard helped me pass my test second time and I couldn't be happier!
A lot of my friends said their instructors did not help if they failed the first test as they had already moved onto a new student.

Richard is very calm and patient and helped put me at ease. He took the time to explain what we were learning and why so I could learn at my own pace and have a good understanding of all areas of driving. I am a really confident/safe driver now!

I had the chance of having both Michaela (for the most part) and Richard as my driving instructors. They are both very friendly, calm and patient. They explain well and are very easy to get along with. No doubt that I would have passed the first time if I had either of them as my instructor. Both are highly recommended. The number of reviews don't do justice and hope they could get more.
