My family and I cannot recommend LPE Crouch Hill enough. We visited many nurseries during our search and we were immensely impressed by the sense of calm and creativity instilled across the nursery.

The staff encourage children to be curious and polite towards one another. The children clearly feel secure and happy.

The approach to eating is fantastic – healthy, adventurous meals served family-style to the children. My son loved the food and I believe it encouraged him to be a better eater at home as well.

They have a large outdoor space with mud kitchen, playhouse, plants, and lots of toys.

The level of engagement is unparalleled: we pick the children up from their classroom and receive detailed feedback from the team and we receive daily photos and notes on the nursery’s app. I only wish they would expand the curriculum up to age 18!

Our daughter attended LPE for 4 years and was extremely happy there. During holidays she would often ask when she was going back. She learned a lot there, had a great relationship with staff, and was sad to leave. She has settled into her new school very well and I think LPE played a huge part in preparing her for that.

Our eldest son went there from 15 months old to 3 years old and he loved it. It was really hard for him at first but the team was amazing, extremely patient and caring.

They nurtured him and he really came out of himself during the years he spent there. They encouraged him to explore different activities and gave him so much confidence.

We fully trust the staff and our youngest just started. He is just getting the same amazing care, lots of love and cuddles when needed.

As a note, the food looks also great !

This is a great nursery! Our daughter absolutely loved it. The care is excellent and very well thought through. They aren’t blessed with a huge space so we personally would have liked to see a few more trips to local parks or similar but the children certainly don’t seem to mind and all seem extremely happy. So this would absolutely not put us off the place, and our second child will be attending in due course.

Our daughter was there for three years and has just started at Reception. She has settled into her new school seamlessly and that's very much down to the exceptional care and preparation she got from the LPE team. Our younger daughter is also at LPE and over her last year we have seen her flourish from a shy little thing to a loving and confident little lady. They are very good at reading children and nurturing them according to their specific needs. Looking forward to sending our son there in a year's time!

Our two children have been at LPE for a few years, we think it’s an outstanding nursery. Good, considered Montessori approach that the kids respond really well to. Strongest part of LPE is the staff - they are all excellent, very warm and caring, professional, and low turnover - many have been there for a long time. Highly recommend.

Our daughter recently graduated from LPE, and, over her time there, really blossomed. She has always been very sensitive and shy, and LPE was an exceptionally warm and nurturing environment in which she was able to blossom and gradually grow in confidence. Since she has started school/reception, we have been really impressed with her ability to manage her new relationships and her resilience as she navigates a very new environment - all skills which she learnt while at LPE. Our daughter attended LPE for a year just after she turned one year old.
She would run through the door and jump in to the staff’s arms each day, and talk about the children and staff whenever at home.
We were really impressed with the healthy / delicious food they served, and she seemed to be much more adventurous in new tastes at LPE than at home!
Her language blossomed in both French and English, and she would come home with new songs in each language.
The daily updates on the app, provided us with great photos of what she was up to each day, and we were always confident she was in really safe hands.
