Lenka is a really brilliant masseuse/massage therapist. I have been coming to have my back, neck and shoulders massage to help with mobility, posture and general easing of my back. Lenka is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and always leaves my back feeling so much better.

Had an amazing Maderotherapy treatment with Lenka this week. First time for me! She treated my legs using various shaped wooden tools on front and back of legs. Really felt like it got my lymphatic system moving, legs felt deeply massaged and tingly afterwards- loved it 🥰

Lenka is a fantastic massage and craniosacrial therapist. I have had treatments with Lenka for many years now and her massage is excellent and she has a great knowledge and understanding of the whole body. Lenka’s treatments are fantastic. She is very skilled in massage and has a wealth of knowledge on varied treatments. I have benefitted greatly from her Reiki and Cranio sacral skills, and she is very knowledgeable on nutrition and healing. I recommend her unreservedly and say that I couldn’t have done without her over the last few years. Lenka is a very kind and thoughtful person and a visit from her makes any day a better one.

Having had many therapeutic massages, Lenka is extraordinary. She has a wonderful ability to discover where problems are, but perhaps more importantly, also superb sensitivity in massaging firmly, but always stopping below a threshold that is tolerable. Naturally, this means it is amazingly effective, and I would most highly recommend her.
