I spent a day with Linda at one of her day retreats - what a special day. From the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome. The whole day has been designed to be a feast for body, mind and soul. The yoga sessions were accessible (even for a novice like me) and at a pace that allowed for understanding and individual adjustments. The food offered throughout the day was balanced and helped me to realise how easy it can be to make easy substitutes.
Linda's knowledge and empathy means that you come away feeling nourished and more aware of self.

Linda is a fountain of knowledge and such a supportive instructor. A novice at Yoga 🧘‍♀️, I've learnt so much, I joined Linda’s classes to improve my posture, pelvic floor after three beautiful girls and to improve my core strength following cancer treatment. Her positivity is contagious the classes are also fun, incredibly relaxing, I always leave feeling calm and nurtured. I would fully recommend.

Yoga Mums is absolutely the best! Linda’s knowledge of the human body generally and more specifically pre-and post natal women means tailor made yoga classes for mums. I first attended her pregnancy class 4 years ago and was amazed at what I was able to learn about my body. She helped me prepare for birth in a way other pregnancy yoga classes hadn’t for my first child - warning it’s not quite as relaxing as the typical pregnancy yoga class but you get so much more!!! I continued with the post-natal and baby group and then the pelvic floor classes. I love every single one!
I can’t finish this review without mentioning how Linda has helped my standing posture (my feet now face in the same direction as my knees) and that in turn as helped dramatically reduce the lower back pain I have been experiencing for years. A thousand thank yous 🙂

Linda’s Hatha yoga classes have always been a safe and welcoming space no matter what level of yoga practitioner you are. The classes are invigorating and stretch your abilities, but Linda always tailors things to the individuals and is always on hand to support you throughout the class. I love my Thursday morning yoga and have met a great group of ladies through this class.

I love the way that Linda runs three online classes each week - so it is easy for it to become a regular, frequent habit. Linda teaches us how to incorporate the movements into our daily lives so that it quickly becomes a way of life. What’s more, Linda makes it fun and interesting so you don’t even notice that you are working hard! I have realised how all my niggly pains and issues are all linked to poor posture or weak muscles in the wrong place and tension build up and I now feel empowered that I have the knowledge and ability to make the easy changes to set me up for a yoga-based positive future! From her videos about various aspects of midlife (eg nutrition, HRT, what is peri-menopause?) coupled with her regular classes I have already seen some changes - if only I’d found Linda years ago!! Totally recommend.

I restarted yoga this year after a hiatus of a few years so was a bit skeptical of my ability and being able to keep up with the class. All my fears were put to rest within 5 minutes of starting the class. Linda is a truly passionate and dedicated teacher. Her wonderful explanations of poses and what they will help you with, along with wonderful descriptions of exactly which part of your body you should be feeling the stretch/movement in made sure I could adjust to reach the right pose. Linda's knowledge of the body and the effects of yoga on it is superior....I found a new love for Yoga and it was all due to Linda. I would highly recommend ANY of her classes
