Overall university is good and I will highly recommend my friend to take admission in this university but the thing that always frustrate me is they don't have a proper fees managing portal in which students can check their remaining fees. I sent an email to university and their was a guy Sukhveer Singh who just told me that I should tail my successful payment email receipt.
Seriously, we are paying our fees and your reply is just that. It wasn't good at all.

My experience at this university was challenging. I faced various problems frequently. Every time I asked something at reception, there was a lady who always said, "I don't know, sorry." During my desecration time, there were issues with the university app, causing long waits to find out who my desecration professor would be. On the positive side, they have good professors who genuinely try to teach students properly.

My experience has been amazing. From the different workshops organised for students periodically/monthly. These activities have been very productive and insightful. Also the enabling environment and the staff support has been tremendously great and highly commendable.

As an international former master’s student for Information Technology, the experience in my case was very ordinary.

In-campus lectures were provided once every week, usually, all the term topics were distributed into this one-day-per-week lectures’ session which allowed you to save some space for other activities throughout the week. The London campus is located at a very decent spot, some good restaurants and shopping centers around the area. In terms of location it is great. It actually has a pretty nice view as both floors are located at the top of the building.

Be aware, one of the issues I have spotted is that they have previously announced their MSc IT program to include topics such as Internet of Things, Web Development and other topics such as future technology trends, and they have this misleading document were they show how many credit each one account for, as if you had the option of choosing which topic to choose from, nevertheless, you are never given the chance to select this optional curricular topics. In our case it was, like “yep, we are just going to give you mobile design take it or leave it” which by the way, there was no programming involved or implementation, just design theory.

One of the most important topics was computer networks, which judging by the size of the university and the installations that they have, it is very surprising that they did not provide any physical equipment such as servers, switches or other components to test with, at most you are entitled to borrow a laptop.

Lastly if you are a serious student be prepared to waste a lot of time in your online classes, because of the lack academic audacity from other students, this being, measured by the quantity of non-sense repetitive questions that they constantly ask, seriously it is alarming, I genuinely feel sorry for the teachers having to answer the same question over and over again. Many stated that it was due to the teachers’ accent but in reality their english is very understandable.

I do acknowledge they have highly qualified lecturers which share a genuine passion for what they teach, and that they are very willing to help you with any academic inquiry that you may have.

To be honest, one of the main reasons I chose this university was because of their driven innovation philosophy, but I think they still have yet some long way to go to earn that title. If I was to recommend it? Sadly, my answer would be a doubtful “not so”.
