I did my Door Supervision course here and enjoyed it. The place was very clean and nicely lit up. The teachers were exceptionally good and I learned a lot from them. The training sessions were very enjoyable and very formal. I highly recommend you to enrol on these courses to complete your license and by doing it here will be very worthwhile experience. Thanks to all that made my time here relaxed and comfortable.

I'm not sure how come this institution have such high rating. I was interested in doing the training course but the staff is very rude. No one listens. They just give you a run around. My friend did training from this institute in November 2023 however he still did not receive his batch. When we visited the institute to talk about it they were very unprofessional with us. And there were many guys who came for the same reason. They keep blaming the awarding body and upon contacting awarding body they blame the institution. I wont recommend this to anyone.

I took an SIA door supervisor course with them. It took them over a month to get me my results. And they still haven’t given me my first aid certificate and it’s been over 4 months !!! on most schools this is all done in 2 weeks. The worst people ever
They don’t respond to email they don’t pick up their phone.
Please don’t go here !!! Trust me you will regret it

Edit … their response should let you know how unprofessional they are !! for starters I didn’t say anything about my licence I asked about my results of my exams and my certificates which has nothing to do with SIA and Everything to do with your institution.
