Had my level 2 food hygeine course today and the tutor rizia was absolutely amazing really enjoyed the whole course and I passed the test at the end definitely recommend London training centre

On 9th August I did the Heath and Safety Level 1 course and test and 11 days passed and still haven’t received the certificate.
Very happy with the tutor but very unhappy with the London Training Centre.
Would I recommend this centre? Unless you are paying for a full package, the answer is No.

I highly recommend the London Training Centre. Rizia, the teacher, was incredibly helpful in assisting my mother to pass her B1 for Indefinite Leave to Remain with merit, despite her basic knowledge of English. The staff members were also friendly and informative. Thank you for the great experience!

It was a good experience I learnt all the stuff needed and I felt emersed in the lesson.
The teacher was very understanding and answered all our questions.
Not only did he answer our questions but gave us fact and help that we need not only for the exam but for real life experience and challenges.

I have used their services to get my CSCS card - their full package. From the first time I contacted them over the phone, a lady called Tamzin was very helpful in answering my questions.
Instructions prior to course/tests was then sent over and very clear.
During the course/tests day, the building was easy enough to find, their customer services were excellent from the receptionist (even though it was his first day) to the trainer.
In regard to course delivery and instructions I can't fault them either. The trainer was very thorough.
The only little negative was that there was a lot of waiting around/breaks, but that's my personal opinion. Having said that, it'd be appreciated if the day could be shortened and made more efficient and effective, although it might the a requirement to make it last all day.
