LSI was a fantastic place to expand my English. The intensive course massively improved my understanding and speaking of the language. The teacher and staff were all extremely kind, professional, fun, and down to earth.

The activities offered were super enriching to my experience of the Bay Area. It’s a great social hub to meet people. Highly recommend 🙂

The best school in the bay area, the program is very complete, the teaching is of very good quality, you learn in a fun way, the teachers are well prepared and very friendly and they are there to help you in whatever you need. An incredible place to meet new people and enjoy the city.

Studying at LSI Berkeley (English language school) was a very enriching experience. It offers a welcoming environment, spaces for studying, eating and relaxing outside of classes. It is well located, next to the University of Berkeley. Upon arrival, I was very well received, and attentively, I received explanations of how everything works. The teacher is highly qualified, with communication techniques that facilitate understanding, stimulating the development of the learner's speech. The material covers all topics in the English language in a dynamic and interdisciplinary way. Furthermore, being with people from other countries allows for a good cultural exchange. Also, there are activities outside of school like trips around San Francisco, or Happy Hour, which were a lot of fun.The house where I stayed was impeccable in its treatment of me. Super comfortable accommodation, in a family atmosphere, with good food and excellent moments of friendly conversation. I felt at home. I will miss LSI and Berkeley.

Excellent place and staff! Greg, the director of LSI, was extremely helpful with all the documents that I needed for niece. And she had an amazing time in this school. Her English improved a lot in three months and she made some friends. 100% recommend

LSI Berkeley was a great experience for me. The staff there was always really helpful and I had great teacher there. The school is not really big, but really familiar and I always felt really comfortable there 🙂 I learnt a lot about different cultures and countries and I made great frienships there! I really miss Berkeley and LSI and I hope that I'll return someday! 🙂
