I joined Linda for the Get Me Started course in April. Before I joined I was able to run a short distance but I ran infrequently and inconsistently. I struggled with motivation to stretch myself. With Linda’s guidance and support through the program and beyond I am now running 3 times a week and my motivation and my running fitness is quickly improving. I thrilled with the results Linda has made possible for me! Linda is an outstanding teacher and a passionate runner. Her enthusiasm and skill in creating sessions that incrementally and consistently improve my running has been eye opening and invaluable. Linda gives lots of encouragement on running posture and form and creates a mixture of activities - intervals, hills and steady runs to build endurance and stamina. Linda’s passion for all things running is inspiring. Hearing of her tips and the sessions she leads with Farnham Runners motivated me to join the club where I’ve already met lots of other runners matched to my pace which is hugely motivating.
