CISRS scaffold supervisors and managers course 02/11/23/03/11/23

Having recently just sat the 2 day scaffold supervisors refresher course at Ltc , ( the actual scaffold supervisors managers course is 5 days ) I can thoroughly recommend this course to anyone from scaffold gang leader , supervisor or scaffold manager ,director , or possibly a transitioning scaffolder to gang leader /supervisor ,

The course is all set out in a progressive and digestible way that you will be able to work through the modules within the course by doing industry relative exercises that are relevant for us all within the industry to ultimately make us that bit more informed and ultimately competent within our daily activities during scaffolding operations .
The course itself is full of varied Interesting interactive activities where you work with the other delegates in the group to carry out activities like , risk assessments , costings, (pricing for jobs) , scaffold inspection, reporting of accidents , managing jobs , etc so you are taught through activity based learning and consulting with your in class delegates , tutor , and that is what makes this course so different and interesting .
I Total recommend this course to any scaffolder who wants to take the next step within our industry or even just to give you more up to date industry knowledge/supervisor skill sets , and ultimately build your confidence and competence to be able to assist others in your day to day activity .

Sit a written exam, then onto a machine that i had never driven before. 75 ft in the air driving between cones, whilst trying to listen to instructions from examiner. Think some practice would be a good idea first.

Excellent day completing IPAF training, knowledgeable and helpful instructors and great kit to practice/be tested on. Reasonable COVID precautions, clean and comfortable teaching areas.
