We had two brilliant 3 hour sessions with Mandy and she came to our home which made it a very relaxed experience as well as informative and engaging! Particularly being heavily pregnant, this really was valuable in itself that she could come to us.
We learnt a lot and it has given us confidence in our birth choices and options.
Mandy also gave me tools and resources for outside of the sessions as well as lending me some books.

I’d highly recommend Mandy - she’s approachable, knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable to ask questions throughout. You won’t regret these sessions 🙂

The BEST!
We didn’t know what to expect but from the first class me and my husband learnt so much. There was so much information we had no idea we would learn. We both feel more confident about birth and pregnancy. I recently had my 38 week appointment with the midwife and she didn’t believe I was a first time mum as I knew the answers to all of her questions and I knew what I wanted at birth.
Mandy was super friendly and chatty and we are so very glad we chose to do classes and highly recommend!!

Mandy was absolutely wonderful throughout our five-week antenatal course! From the very first session, she made my wife and I feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly, and understanding nature. I couldn't recommend the Luna Antenatal classes more highly and would encourage all new parents to sign up. Mandy delivers essential pregnancy, birth and postnatal teachings in a way that is friendly, relaxed and interactive. There is a great balance of fact and real world experience in every session, which along with the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like, means that you and your partner are able to completely customise your preferred birth plans without any judgement.

The Luna groups also provide you with friendships and support from other parents at the same stage as you, which is invaluable. By the end of the course, you all feel bonded as a group. A little Luna family!

If I could give 10 stars I would!
Navigating pregnancy and preparing for birth can be daunting, however the 5 week Luna course leaves you feeling confident, empowered and prepared for what’s ahead. Mandy creates a safe space for discussions and questions on any pre or post birth topics and is a truly wonderful mentor.
We have been lucky enough to establish a wonderful friendship group of mums and babies of similar ages too!
Worth every penny and more - thank you!
