Lee is an exceptional individual. He is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, caring, attentive, and simply an amazing person. Jeff was extremely thorough and explained my injury right from the cause, during the process of the treatment, to how to prevent/ heal going forward. Very informative and gave me plenty of time to ensure I was leaving the treatment room with the advice and treatment I required. Lee gives great advice and support and has recently improve some back issues I have had and continues to offer ongoing support. Lesley is so kind and knowledgeable. She makes me feel relaxed and comfortable during my sports massage and gives me extra exercises to do between sessions. Definitely recommend this company but particularly Lesley.

Saw Jeff for a pre-marathon massage. Was a good experience that targeted soreness trigger points. Very pleased with the outcome as a couple of days later ran the marathon without any significant impact on leg muscles. Thank you.
