We are so pleased with how Freddie has progressed over the last few months. The bespoke training plan is enabling Freddie to become , stronger, increase stamina and most importantly give him the confidence to transfer onto the football pitch. Freddie looks forward to each week for his 1:1 sessions and has built up great relationships with the Lync Active team. We can’t wait to keep seeing the progress he’s making and for Lync Active to be part of this journey makes us all feel very excited about what the future will bring!

The boxing gym is such a good community. There are classes available for all skill abilities. I go to the boxnburn (boxing/fitness) class 2/3 nights a week and feel so comfortable with all the people there. Its like a little family, with Coach bringing out the best of us.
I have improved my fitness and mental well being since starting these classes.

The Staff team is attentive; the place has the main equipment needed for the workout. Despite the fact that there is no private parking, the price is fair, considering that. It's also not a crowded place, so equipment is usually available.
