I highly recommend Maitland Selwyn and the team. The service I received from Jayne was truly exceptional, I cannot recommend Jayne enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; her professionalism and customer service are second to none. It was a delight to deal with her. She and Anita kept me updated at every stage of my application and interview process. We built up great rapport and I felt incredibly happy throughout.

Treat staff unfairly.
Take take take and no give.
Don’t appreciate good staff and take advantage
Director/owner makes inappropriate comments which are not appreciated and not professional in the slightest.
Nothing is confidential when speaking to management, your business will be spoken about to other staff members
Job advertises as home working available, but only certain job roles allow this, so it is misadvertisement of the job.
Sold a dream and it was a bit of a nightmare to be honest. Refused to pay my commission when I earned it 5 months prior to me leaving the business. The only takeaway is that I’ve made a few lifelong friends working at Maitland, so that’s the only thing I’m grateful for during my time at Maitland. No progression opportunities, always put you down instead of building you up. Not a nice way to run a business. Do better.
