I was till this year a student of the Academy at the Yacht Brokerage Diploma. In general I think that I am content with the approach between the Academy and me. The online courses were detailed. I had an issue with the exam ( couldn't use the platform of the exam), but the staff was helpful to find another solution. Sometimes there is a bit delay with email replies. In a case like this, I would suggest to call direct the Academy via a telephone call. You can ask for lady named Andrea. She is very helpful and polite.

Good opportunity to widen the me knowledge in Cargo Marine Surveying which will find useful in my day to day work as Customer Service Manager in the shipping industry. Module was made up of a file to read and go over explaining various instances and commodity types. Once you feel ready you are tested through a test consisting of 10 multiple choose questions. Recommended for those who want to explore more about what happens during a survey.
