This weekend, I had the most wonderful hot stones massage—everything about it was perfect! Sally clearly has excellent knowledge and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The environment was calm, relaxing, and beautifully set up to create the perfect atmosphere for unwinding.

I highly recommend Sal!!! She is very competent! During every massage she is always aware if there is a muscle that needs more work or is weaker than usual. She is able to “fix” it. Extremely professional, all the time she knows what she is doing. I always feel in safe hands. I’m very grateful 🙏

Had a great session at Massage Motion today - Sally was very thorough with her questions to better understand and target the issues with my shoulder and ankle. I also really liked the new studio, it has a very nice atmosphere which combined with the massage meant that I left feeling very relaxed. After the session my shoulder feels great, 'looser' and more mobile. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who like me has issues with their neck and shoulders from working at a desk 🙂

I am now going regularly to see Sal for massages and feel so much better. When I have had my massage I feel really relaxed and ache free which is great. Sal is very informative and thorough and her space is warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend this as part of your self care.
