Staff (with all the respect to them) can be very unhelpful. If you make a complaint or simply ask for help then you are more likely to have action taken against you then to receive any help.

Other students on the campus are rude, disrespectful and show a complete and utter disregard to your thoughts and feelings.

Expect to fail after working so hard because you are not given guidance on how to answer exam questions (either first attempt or resit). Expect to be charged tuition fees for the modules that you fail despite the university not preparing you properly. They literally deliver the content in the most uninspiring way and you are not even allowed to seek help (because you will likely get a rude response if you do). How unfair is that?

We are students. We are here to learn. We do not know everything otherwise we would not be here. However, I find it amusing how some of the staff like to accuse students of wrong doing and then claim that the student knew it was wrong, but did it anyway.

I do not feel happy. I do not feel I have been treated fairly. I do not feel that I can complain without being victimised. I am hurt, sad and broken and I do not feel that the university has been fair or reasonable. It is sad to say that many of my friends at the university feel the same way (and the university doesn't even care).

It is so laughable, but so worrying that our parents are our only call for help...

The worst years of my life.

An actual living hell.

Being a naturally confident, outgoing and positive person prior to joining Medway, I have ended up diagnosed with anxiety and depression as a result of my time here. It feels like my entire personality had been sucked from me and my experiences here have made me not only dull but extremely paranoid and put-off of the Pharmacy profession as a whole.

Medway has no redeeming qualities. It is actually that bad. This is not an exaggeration as most students feel this way.

This is supposed to be a ‘caring’ field but really it’s nothing short of uncaring, unsympathetic, and bitterly cruel.

Nothing, no amount of apologies from the entire school will ever bring back these wasted years of my youth which should have been spent making friends and enjoying life alongside learning.

Don’t make the mistake I did. You deserve a lot better. Don’t come to Medway School of Pharmacy.
