Such a bad bad bad training company... won't recommend to anyone.. Mathew is so rude...he doesn't even know how to talk to a women. I was a bit late to attend ... had genuine reason but he didn't even bother to listen to me and make everyone else listen to our conversation that he won't let me in now. Such an embarrassment infront for my colleagues . he didn't even return my money ... Please don't even waste your time to search for this training company ... such an unprofessional bunch of people .. I wish this had never happened to me ... still can't get over it.
Thanks for Reply but I asked him to pay back to my company .. he directly said "NO" and i was not late 25 mins, arrival time was 8:45-9:00. I requested him to listen to me for one second but he didn't bother.
And please don't tell me that no one heard our conversation as my colleague called and told me that everyone present there heard it. And I wasn't given any contact number or email... moreover it was Saturday and so couldn't contact my company to inform you. If I was allowed to get in and continue where others already all, it will be my own responsibility to pass or fail at the end. He didn't actually give me a chance ..which is unfair

My wife was severely ill and with million COVID cases and surging in UK, she was expected to attend with 2m distance. Well no where we have heard of such policies. Would definitely not recommend this training programme just for these policies.
