The hotel is in a great location close to underground station and a variety of shops and mid priced eateries.||The check in seems a bit haphazard as everyone is queueing at different sections but only one person was in attendance at midday with another for the VIPs. Luckily, the VIP guy was savvy enough to call people over and help them check in. Check in was courteous and fast. Zero complaints.||My room was on 7th floor at the end. The guy even apologised that the room was a little small but had a nice view. It was clean and the size was fine for what I paid and I had no complaints after staying at less than savoury hotels (both in Earls Court) on this trip.||Bed was comfy. Pillows could have a been a bit better. The air con is very loud so I turned it off and opened the window. But that wasn't great as someone outside was smashing what sounded like a piece of wood on something flat creating a huge slap noise. So I didn't sleep so well but not because of the hotel.||I'd definitely stay again. Paying a little more for a branded hotel is worth it. The saving isn't worth the huge risk on some of the very dubious hotels you can stay at in London.

Nice large mattress rather than two smaller ones shoved together. Big tv, air con works and room was clean, no complaints. Afran at reception was really helpful, provided a great service and one of the cleaners even helped point me in the right direction for my room when I exited the lift, friendly service all round!

We had a lovely stay, though it was only one night! We would've loved to stay longer. Thanya was incredibly helpful during check-in and our room was very nice. |Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London. The location was excellent! Right beside the underground.

The hotel was pretty when I arrived. Check-in and out was easy. I do not understand why a hotel of this supposed quality offers no water in the rooms. Shampoo and body wash in the shower were both empty.||Because the bar was closed, the service desk had no idea how to get me a glass of ice, ridiculous! Slow phone response times.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was great, especially Yonus! He was incredibly professional, helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness and hospitality really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Yonus, for making us feel so welcome! It will definitely not be our last time staying at the Millennium Hotel–we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely interaction upon arrival with Thanya. She was courteous and informative. Clean rooms, great location. The food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The provided breakfast had a variety of items suitable for all.

The young lady at reception (Thanya) did an excellent job checking us in. We arrived a little early and she was able to find us a room at no extra cost.|Staff generally friendly. Snack in the bar was provided promptly and soup tasty. |Fridge in our room (645) did not work

Beautiful four-star hotel with a large, rather swish reception hall. The room was a complementary 'executive suite' upgrade and so was big: double bed, large desk, TV, kettle and hot drink supplies, the usual works. There were some cracks and discolouring in the bathroom, but this was only cosmetic and generally peripheral; a problem only if you're used to real luxury. Breakfast was generally good, although not much for a vegan such as myself. Still, I managed to get a cooked breakfast of toast, beans and hash browns (the rest was the usual British fare of sausage, bacon, eggs etc., along with quite the range of continental options, in the form of both cereals and cold meats, fruits, salads etc.). And it's across the street from Gloucester Road Underground station - genuinely recommended!
