I attend Jon's weekly Over 60s circuits classes and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to stay active in their later years. Jon is very knowledgeable and encouraging. He makes exercise fun and accessible to all abilities. I look forward to his class each week and come away feeling that I've achieved something.

I was having 1-1 fitness sessions with Jon for over a year and found it really helpful. Jon has been amazing at helping me prepare for the start of my Army training and I have gained so much from my sessions with Jon. Mindfullness Therapy
WOW is my experience working, learning, and developing new skills with Jon!
I first came to Jon recommended through a close friend and turned up to the initial session, very nervous as I wasn't sure what to expect. Jon put me at ease straight away, and before I knew it, an hour had flown by, and I had started to unravel my life, living with extreme anxiety.
I initially booked a 6 session course that is reasonably priced and flexible to easily fit into your diary.
The Wellness Hut is a relaxing, calm, and safe place to open up. Jon is kind, caring, a great listener, there is no judgement, and you can speak about anything, go through all the emotions, and everything is confidential.
This safe place, the guidance and encouragement from Jon allowed me to go from a person whose anxiety gave me physical symptoms of not being able to go anywhere without having a painc attack and needing medication to a person who can do absolutely anything even getting on a plane on my own flying around the world, that was my personal goal.
I saw Jon for a year. He doesn't push you to book sessions. It's all about you as a person deciding what you need. He teaches you breathing techniques that I continue to use in my daily life now when I have a stressful situation or just to take a moment to stop and breathe, to be in the moment.
I highly recommend him, and I know he there's if I need a top-up session.
You really won't regret meeting him!
