Fantastic place to train! They offer a range of martial arts like Muay Thai Kickboxing, Kali (fighting with weapons) and JKD (Jeet Kune Do). Really good and experienced, friendly instructors who are always happy to give advice.

The Instructor team are very approachable individuals and are extremely knowledgeable and capable in all aspects of the arts Taught by Guru Dan Inosanto, the only individual Bruce lee made an instructor in his art during his life time.
A leading Branch of The world renowned Rick Faye’s Minnesota Kali group. Sifu Brendan and his team really make you feel like part of the family and MKGUK will be a place you can go to work of the stresses of the working week and get fit at the same time.
