I have just recently passed my shovel licience test, I would like to comment about Chris the examamier how he made me feel, I felt so relaxed and at ease. I would highly recommend traing at monks training Leyland. From the girls in the office to the training was very professional. I will be returning to fulfil another test soon

Just done a 5 Day Novice Course for an ADT DUMPER with Monks Training Services. Chris was my trainer and all I can say is OUTSTANDING … I knew nothing about these trucks apart from seeing them on site .. Chris took me through everything theoretically and practically in such a way to make sure I was 100% ready for my exams .. And it paid off .. I got 100% in my theory and 100% in my practical with no marks against me.. this was only possible because the training Chris gave was second to none … I would definitely recommend Monks for any training requirements you have .. I will be back for my NVQ and possibly a Dozer course .

Where do I start from start to finish the whole process from Monks training was excellent

From the first phone call Becky and Claire in the office put you at easy explaining everything you needed to know from what costs , tests needed , PPE for the week they were brilliant could not fault them

Now the training we had a excellent trainer called Clint he was very patient with us all took his time to explain everything and went through everything you needed to know for your theory test and if you do as he says And learn it you will pass we all passed on the Friday with very high marks the training was the right level of pushing you to achieve a high standard with a bit of a laugh when you made a small mistake (no screaming and shouting) and explaining to you best practices for next time (the banter was brilliant )

Final day was Test day and we had the owner Chris

All I can say he was brilliant with me put me I easy understood me and let me get on with it I had a few little issues and he let me try and sort it out in my head told me all is good and I will be fine

3 or us 3 high passes on theory
3 passes on practical test

As I said at the top I can not thank them all enough and if you want to do your training with local people and know the Job Monks is your place
