I have been seeing Chloe since May and for the past three months she had managed to give me the confident to return back to exercise. I am now more in tune with my body & posture. I have gained strength and emotional confidence having attended 2-3 times a week.
Chloe has extensive knowledge of her areas of expertise and her holistic bespoke approach has helped me towards my goals.
I can highly recomend Movementology if you want a calm serene setting to switch off in, for any of the treatments /sessions on offer.
