I love this store. The staff are always friendly and the food quality is almost always perfect. Although I was disappointed by the ripe yellow flesh peaches I bought a few days ago, as they are mushy and dry-ish, perhaps the warehouse froze them. But this is an exception.

We were behind a disabled person at the till in M and s New Milton and the lady checkout operator was absolutely brilliant with them. Packed all his groceries and even asked if he wanted help to the car. So helpful and friendly.

Disabled access. Very friendly and helpful. A member of staff came with me to help with my shopping. It's hard, items to high fridge doors are hard to get in.
