As an educator, I knew exactly what I wanted from a childcare provider for my daughter. I visited many different nurseries, but MTO always stood out for me and was the obvious choice for our family. My daughter has been attending MTO Nursery since she was 9 months old and she has always been happy and excited to attend. The provision of daily activities show good variety and the regular outings to the park, library and other places in the local area show that all areas of my daughter's learning and development are being catered for. The staff are warm and nurturing, and they always give me detailed feedback on how my daughter's day has been. I feel happy and confident that I am leaving my daughter in the safe hands of the MTO staff each day.

My daughter has been going to MTO Nursery for two years now and my son has recently joined the baby room. We could not be happier with the level of care our kids are receiving. The nursery staff are highly knowledgeable, always accommodating and, most importantly of all, tremendously caring. My kids enjoy the wide range of stimulating activities and near-daily outings on offer, and I am safe in the knowledge that despite the busy schedule there is always time for cuddles and reassurances. Jatinder leads a team of wonderful, diverse carers and my family and I really feel part of the MTO nursery community.

My son loves going to MTO. He is happy there, constantly learning and evolving, he loves his carers and has made quite a lot of little friends. There is a family and community feel between staff, parents and kids. Regular workshop sessions for parents is a plus. They don't have outside space, but compensate this with several outings to parks, library and more. Food was a key aspect for us when choosing a nursery too, and the fact they cook everything fresh in their kitchen set them apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery in Crouch End.

I have a three year old and a 19 month old at MTO, having both joined at around 10 months old. They absolutely love going to nursery - they have great bonds with their keyworkers and other staff. There are plenty of different activities for them to do, and the focus is on learning through play. My eldest daughter loves drawing and that has been encouraged a lot. There are PE lessons, singing and dancing, lots of themed activities and free play. They eat better than I do while they are at nursery! There is a lovely community at MTO, the staff are all welcoming and caring. The girls are excited to go every day, and what higher praise is there than that?

My son has been attending MTO for over 10 months now and from the beginning the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Especially when my son was struggling with settling in, they made it easier and less stressful for both myself and him. He is now all settled and looks forward to going to nursery in the morning. The management team is very professional and helps out no matter the situation making sure my son is always taken care of.
The staff always greets with a smile and the kids always seem very happy.

We started our son at MTO when he was 5 months old. I was of course anxious with my son starting nursery so young so had looked into many different local nurseries. Originally, I had planned to go with another nursery a bit closer, but after having registered are interest I tried scheduling several meetings/calls with the owner and she kept missing them without an explanation, apology - nothing. I was so frustrated and very close to the date needed to start, MTO helped me arrange an in person visit for both my partner and I (the first nursery to allow this), and were super helpful in accommodating us. They worked with us to make a really great settling in schedule which gave me time to get to know the staff, see my son interacting with the staff and children, and to feel really secure that my son would be well taken care of even though he was the youngest of the baby group and not as mobile yet. One of my biggest takeaways from my visits and settling in was how at home it felt at MTO - it truly feels like an extension of our own home and the carers treat everyone as family. Since my son has started, he has been shown lots of love and affection, he has had amazing opportunities every single day, and he has grown tremendously. The app the MTO uses to keep us updated is really wonderful and I'm always impressed by the variety of sensory play, activities, outings and more that the staff do with even our young babies. Every time I drop my baby off and pick him up, he seems so excited to be there and so happy. They also have an incredible menu and they keep us up to date of everything happening in the nursery.

MTO is an excellent nursery with warm and friendly staff and a brilliant manager. Our son has been in MTO since he was 11 months, so has experienced baby room and has now also been in toddler room for several months. The atmosphere is MTO is friendly and approachable, with happy staff and happy children who are constantly amused by the range of thoughtful and educational activities that are organised throughout the day and are fed varied, home cooked, meals. MTO made the challenges of settling in much easier by being so responsive and engaged with our son. We have watched him develop his language and thinking significantly since being at nursery and we put this down to the activities and environment that MTO has created. All of the staff are fantastic with the children and our son is happy to see them every day that he goes in there. We could not ask anything more from a nursery and could not speak more highly of this nursery and its brilliant manager and team. Would recommend to anyone!

Choosing a nursery to look after your child is a big decision. Thankfully, MTO is a joyous place, with staff who go above and beyond to create a warm, caring and inspiring environment. My son loves going, and especially enjoys a banana from the fruit basket that is put out every day for the children. Can’t recommend enough and am so pleased we decided to send our little boy here 😊
