I have been going to MTSM for 10 months now. Very knowledgeable, relaxed environment. Max has pushed me to become fitter and stronger, also helped me lose weight. I love attending the female group sessions and made some lovely friends. I wish I found MTSM sooner. Highly recommend!!

Never been interested in going to the gym but weight gain due to menopause made me explore other options. I attend sessions with my husband. Max has been excellent. He took the time to understand our needs and makes sure that we work. We are both fitter, stronger and have lost weight. For someone who hated gyms I've not missed a session. Max makes it seem possible and encourages rather than criticizes or shouts. Very happy with my choice of trainer.

Max is a fabulous PT! I've had a few over the years and he is by far the best I have trained with. He always makes the sessions tough but fun. He pushes you to your full potential and delivers amazing results! He encourages you to try new things, and never makes you feel stupid.
Sometimes he's more like a therapist than a PT ha-ha! What makes him different in my eyes, is the fact he pushed me into becoming a PT myself! He knew I wasn't happy in the corporate world (in comes the therapist) and instantly suggested I become a PT as he could see my potential! There are not many other PT's out there who would do that. This shows what kind of a person Max is! A fantastic one,that wants others to succeed in all aspects of life not just in fitness!
