I highly recommend this class for any postpartum Mums. Being in a small group means you get the attention you need, which gave me confidence that I was doing the exercises safely. It is a lovely environment where baby comes first if you need to feed or change baby mid exercise. Mills has a wealth of knowledge and she’s so understanding of every individual’s needs and fitness goals. I’m definitely much stronger and feel more like myself again after doing this class.

I always feel so well supported during classes with Mils. The small groups mean that everyone is given exercises that are an appropriate level for them, regardless of where they are in their postpartum journey. Mils has always been so patient with my son, who would often fuss and end up being cuddled by her so I could keep going! She knows when to push us a step further, but always checks at the beginning of each session how much sleep we'd had the night before and takes that into consideration!

I would absolutely recommend these classes for anybody looking for a gentle step back into exercise after having a baby.

Mills as a coach and trainer is gentle and very knowledgeable about each type of exercise and explains why we’re doing it and what it’s benefit was. She also had a range of difficulty set up so that it could be changed as time went on.

I never felt judged in this class and believe that Mills has more knowledge than most other personal trainers.

It was great doing these sessions alongside other mums who get the stresses and strains that having children can have on your body.

I felt so much better after every session with her.

I would highly recommend Mummefit to any and every woman wanting to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their body and wanting to do so in a safe, supportive and enjoyable space, which is what Mils creates. It’s honestly the best exercise environment I’ve been a part of. It’s tailor made to an individuals fitness levels and each week I’m able to push myself with the encouragement and the expertise of Mils, who is just the best at what she does. It’s also lovely to have a community of other women to do it with!
