I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience of Muse Wellness. I have taking a number of different classes there and have been attending for several weeks now. The environment has been thoughtfully designed and feels like a relaxing sanctuary with every kind of prop you could wish for. Muse's teachers are very experienced and plan creative and varied classes. I have felt nourished and cared for as well as challenged in my yoga practice. I love the different elements the teachers weave into the classes including crystal singing bowls, drumming with breath-work, and affirmations and meditations. It is a truly holistic centre and I have felt very welcomed into this thriving community. Gina is kind and personable. Her pilates classes are challenging but not overwhelming for a beginner. I had tried pilates before but found the classes too difficult. The different packages on offer afford options for coming as little or as much as you want at reasonable rates. I thoroughly recommend.

My favourite place ❤️ whether it’s a super grounding Yoga session, Pilates practice as the sun comes up or an immersive sound bath I always come away feeling incredible and reconnected. Gina and her wonderful team of teachers are so incredibly welcoming and lovely. I always look forward to the special events too, wreath making at the weekend was so much fun and great to time out and get creative. Thank you for creating such an amazing space Gina!

Brilliant class. Always feel full of energy and uplifted. Gina is such a positive teacher. if you feel flat before a class you certainly don't after. The early morning classes are a perfect start to the day.

Gina is such an energetic and enthusiastic teacher and pushes you to go that bit further which really works. Gina is the first pilates teacher that has made it fun. The time just flies. I would highly recommend Gina.
Sofie’s sound baths are just wonderful. Everyone should experience one. You will not regret it and will come back for more. You feel so good afterwards..

Im addicted! The amount of love and passion the girlies put into each class is incredible.
The yoga, meditation and monthly sound baths have made such a positive impact on my mental health & general wellbeing.
It’s given me confidence to explore a spiritual journey, which I’m utterly grateful for.
The pilates classes are amazing; Body positivity, affirmations, relaxation, high vibes and so much more all in one place is truly all you need to start/restart your day.

Beautiful and relaxing space for yoga.
Especially love Crystals Monday morning class. She creates an underlying theme for each class & the relaxation at the end was blissful. Highly recommend.
