I’ve been attending Jo’s Yoga classes at both Widley and Cosham for quite a few months now, and wow. Jo is so friendly and approachable and knowledgable in your profession. Her classes always leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and the mediation part of the class at the end reaches deep in your soul.

After all the classes I’ve attended at gyms, and online via YouTube this is far better than anything else local in the Waterlooville / Portsmouth area.

If you’ve wanted to get into Yoga or return to it and find something special, then my wonderful Yoga is for you!
