I am hopeless at any kind of sports or dance but recognise the importance of exercise for health. I loathe sport so after attending Swingfit classes with Angeline, decided to give the Charleston classes a go with my husband. The classes are great fun and Angeline is always kind and positive and never mocks or criticises individuals, just praises when you get it right. I have learned 4 Charleston dances now and although I will never win a prize for grace my coordination is improving (I can now move arms and legs at the same time) and I am definitely fitter and together with a diet I have lost a stone in weight. I would highly recommend the classes with Angeline whether you are a natural or not. It's suitable for all standards.

What a truly fantastic class I had with Angeline, I was home for a minute In the area, needed to learn to dance stat for an audition two days later, we went through the Charleston. I lived a dream learning this dance in four hours over two days. Angeline is a great and approachable teacher with great energy and enthusiasm. She loves to dance which made me want to be great. Angeline fit me in with hardly any notice and that was awesome. CHEERS!
