Devon has even absolutely amazing. The platform is easy to use and navigate, it works so well for us. Our tutor is an absolute star and has helped our 15 year old so much with his maths work. So much so, we have now been using her for 3 years!

Customer service great, However the tutor (Lucas W) has been exceptionally poor at communication and we got charged for a lesson we never had! A very frustrating experience overall and a waste of time.
We have chosen to pay the extra for tutoring from a qualified teacher, who knows and understands how to communicate and deal with teenage children and parents.

She is so professional, she provides catered support, detailed insight to the approach for learning, she provides regular feedback and lesson plans.
