Have had my cashmere lashes done for about 12 months after "upgrading" from regular lashes that I first had after an offer on groupon. LOVE THEM. Nails lasted a day!

I've been a regular customer for sometime and had acrylic nails for years. I had a complete set of acrylic nails recently, which started coming off the next day!

Salon did a temp repair twice, as they didn't have time for a complete soak off and full repair. It was agreed they would do this free of charge, at a later date, as the nails kept coming off. Which they have now refused to do.

The day before the appointment for the soak off etc, I received an abrupt call from the owner saying she was cancelling my appointment, as I'd already been in for a temp repair a few days before hand. I explained it has been agreed that they would do a full soak off, as the nails keep coming off and they are now also thick and messy from the temporary repairs. I only had the temporary repairs done, on the agreement that they would sort them out properly at a later date. She asked if I could do Fri or Sat, I unfortunately couldn't do Fri or Sat . The call was left at that.

I then received a text from the owner straight after the call, advising she is closing the salon as they have no clients in that afternoon except myself. She cancelled my appointment and offered me Fri or Sat, which she already knew I couldn't do. She also advised I would have to pay to have them redone even though they've not been done properly in the first place!

I text back explained it was agreed that I would have a full soak off and replacement free of charge by 2 members of her staff, to which she has not had the courtesy to reply.
