Went to NDT Autocentre to have 2 new tyres fitted, came away with out the tyres because the tyre fitter ?, snapped the locking wheel nut adapter. Was told that it wasn't thier problem even though it was broken by the so called tyre fitter, and on thier premises.
Was imformed that the manager knows a man who can remove the wheelnut for £80.
The cost of 2 new tyres is now subject to the cost of a new locking wheelnut adapter, 4 new locking nuts, and the removal of the old locking nuts.
Sorry, but you know you are wrong, and very unprofessional.

2 punctures due to pot holes forced the visit today ( Friday 20th Jan 23). Fantastic service - the guy went above and beyond , were friendly, the work was finished ahead of schedule and the price was very reasonable.
I hope the guys see this as they deserve the feedback.

Just visited the Cullompton garage and couldn’t be happier with the service from Lee and the others. The guys were polite and helpful (I am a car idiot, but they didn’t make me feel like one!). They also advised me of some faults and advisories which they either sorted on the spot or are pricing up for me later. I didn’t realise they did MOTs and repairs but I’ll now have everything done with them. Thanks guys

NDT is still a fantastic garage. Got my tyre changed with Rob and my MOT done by Lee and both were incredibly helpful and kind. Massive respect for this lot, everyone I met there was a class act

My exhaust was blowing and about to fall off. Had no appointment but they kindly fitted me in that same afternoon and fitted a new exhaust. Very friendly and helpful and professional. Also very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit them again.

Journeying from Wells in Somerset to Cornwall on M5 about 6.00pm tyre pressure light lit up. Fortunately slip road to Cullompton near so I took it heading for town centre. NDT appeared, what a relief. Drove in, explained my problem. All tyres checked, warning light reset. On my way in a few minutes. They were brilliant, I'm very grateful. Thanks guys.

These guys had the tyres I wanted straight off the shelf, where my servicing garage said I would have to wait for three days for supply and fit.
Swapped in the spare to alloy road wheel as well within little waiting time with great smiles and good feelings.
Highly recommended.
