I’ve had such a positive experience working with New Directions as a teaching assistant. The recruitment process was smooth, the vetting efficient, and the whole onboarding stress-free. My coordinator, Luke Whiteside, has been incredibly supportive - he regularly checks in to see how I’m doing, is mindful of my childcare needs, and always considers travel time when offering placements. I feel heard and looked after. He also found me a long-term placement that I absolutely love. I really feel like I’ve found where I belong, and I’m so grateful for the care and support from Luke and the whole team. Highly recommend!
