We recently had a dyslexia assessment carried out for our son, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience from start to finish.

The team was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final report, every step was clearly explained, and we felt fully informed and supported. We really could not have asked for more from New Forest Dyslexia the team are fantastic. Great communication, with help all the way from the office team. They made the process really easy. Our daughter through testing and monitoring at her school had identified that she showed signs of having dyslexia. Due to this we decided to get her privately assessed. Through research and reading of reviews we decided on New Forest Dyslexia.

The feedback I read was amazing and I can honestly say they are all a true reflection of the service provided and couldn't agree more. Communication from the start was excellent from both Margaret and Jenny.

Jenny, my daughters assessor was amazing. From the instant we walked through the door she made her feel welcome. She made her feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole process. To be honest I haven't seen my daughter open up to someone so quickly. This also put me at ease.

The very next morning after the assessment, we received an email confirming the diagnosis, with notification that we would receive the full report in about a week. Jenny was true to her word and we received a very extensive report the following Tuesday.

The final report is very thorough and professionally done. It clearly stated where my daughters needs are and what steps to put in place to support her at school and at home.

My son had his dyslexia assessment with Kirsty and I could not recommend her enough. She put him at ease and made him feel really comfortable through the assessment and explained things to him so he would understand. The report provided after the assessment was extremely thorough and Kirsty spent the time to walk me through it, highlighting key aspects. This really helped me understand how his brain works and the challenges he was facing, which allowed me to have really productive conversations with my sons school regarding accommodations. The report provided the school with everything they needed.
My dealings with other members of the New Forest Dyslexia team were also 5 start. Communication was great through out the whole process.
