Staff are friendly and the self service booking in and out of books is very good. I can't understand why the library is closed on Wednesday which is advertised as market day for the town. I usually reserve the books online so can't comment on the stock held.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I have gone in several times to find references for my qualification, and not only are they happy to guide me to the best resources, they can help me with their own personal experiences they do. Also amazing with my child, they go out their way to help us find the right info on whatever the current hyper interest is. As a result we have both learnt a lot, in a much friendlier and more personal way than just being online.

Excellent range of reading. If they haven't got it, they'll order it in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice place just to sit and read the paper, always someone to chat with.
