Absolute time wasters. One person tells you they will accept parcels up to 8pm ...you arrive and then told they cannot take as no where to store. Need to change opening hours online as 7.30 is not post office opening times. Went back this morning..still no room to accept parcel. Not the first bad experience at this one..wont be using again...its like they dont want or need the custom!

I've used this post office twice for parcels now but had none of the issues others seem to have had. First time was busy with a queue one afternoon the other empty at 10 am. I did know what service I wanted so I guess mine was easy. Both times counter staff were pleasant.

I have to return amazon parcel yesterday. The company policy is to bring the parcel with its original packaging along with the barcode provided by the amazon. The post office cutomer service lady sat left side window said pack your parcel in another carton box, I told her company return policy is to bring the parcel with its original packaging. She said we won't accept it if you won't pack it in another carton box. She was unfortunately, rude with angry face. Extremely unhappy with the service.

Always a bad experience in this post office.
Very rude and arrogant staff. I have a small business, and due to the banks closing they have to do my banking. They refuse to accept small change because they don't want to count them.
They tried to prove me crazy when I said that I used to bank money on Saturdays (I have plenty of receipts). I wouldn't go there again if I had an alternative.
Train your staff better.

Echo the sentiments of rude staff. Both ladies available this evening- I greeted one with a smile ready to be served but completely ignored by her and she left and went to the back office . No acknowledgment at all so went to the other lady. When I addressed this with her she said they were ‘busy closing up’ - no excuse to be rude and ignore customers. Really awful customer service all round - both glared at me as I left. Such a shame - good job for them their role doesn’t seem to be based on good customer service as judging by my experience and others listed here, they would not be in their job for very long!

Was in line for the post office today when I overheard a lady trying to sort out her mot exemption certificate. The lady on the counter proceeded to make fun of the lady saying that she didn't do mots and chuckling with the people in the queue....she even made a distasteful comment about foreigners when the customer had left.

Sickening that this kind of behaviour within customer service roles happen on a regular basis.

I really hope this member of staff gets educated in the processes of the postal service as well as a refresher on customer service.

Absolutely unprofessional, arrogant, unhelpful and rude staff. Brought me to tears and I've left this place feeling devastated!! Two ladies, one of them manager who started yelling on DPD driver throughout all the place when he brought the parcel to them and asked for the name. Terrible atmosphere, and the other lady who was serving me was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I was seeking for help to sort out my postal order and all I've got was rude and arrogant approach due to which I have had to enter the same long queue 4 times because of a lack of information provided at the counter. Also both ladies were making comments about other customers between each other once the customers have left the counter after they have been served. I was shocked to receive such customer service, I thought such unhelpful and rude approach does not exist in these times anymore. Unfortunately and sadly, it does. Next time I will rather travel all the way to different post office and will keep myself away from this one to save my mental health.

Same experience as others! Today went in to post a parcel. Girl served a customer in front of me then disappeared without any acknowledgment to me. I asked to be served and told me she was busy doing other things and I’d have to wait ! There is a regime here of arrogance and ignorant staff who just don’t care!! Looking at the reviews on here neither do the post office !! Shame we have to use this place and shame their jobs don’t depend on customer service!!
