I signed up for the nail tech diploma online course in February. The structure of the course is great, its a mix of textbook and videos of Victoria completing the practicals. I find this way of learning great as I can understand the written knowledge behind each step but can also see what Victoria is doing to ensure I'm correctly carrying out my procedures. I have passed 2 of my 4 courses so far (manicure & gel) both with distinctions. Victoria and the Next Step team are there to help at every step and gaining access to the Facebook help group is great as everyone helps each other as they would in a classroom. 10/10 recommend. I have never done any beauty work and these courses have helped gain knowledge and confidence in completing treatments on clients

Victoria at next step beauty is very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to increase my knowledge and treatments. The course structure is very in-depth and any questions are answered very quickly by Victoria herself. The training centre in Norwich is easy to find and a clean and beautiful area to train in. I highly recommend training with next step beauty as I always enjoy my training with Victoria.

I’ve only just signed up to complete the nail courses but every question or query I’ve had has been responded to and resolved in a few hours and with my needs put first. I am very excited to work with Next Step Beauty in my studies and cannot fault their customer service. I found the courses I completed very informative and the videos were good in explaining what you needed to do. I will be further nail course as through Next Step Beauty. I also found that the support was exceptional, especially Hannah McGee who was always ready to go above and beyond to help with my questions.

From a complete novice to a microblading artist!

The microblading course provided by Next Step Beauty has been an incredible learning experience. I completed the online microblading course, which equipped me with the basics to begin practising my new skill.

Once ready, I then booked a full practical day at the academy with my tutor, Victoria.

Victoria guided me step by step as I carried out the microblading treatment on a client.

The tips, tricks and professional advice I received during the practical day was invaluable. I was very nervous, but Victoria put me at complete ease. The result....an absolutely perfect set of brows and a very happy client 😊

The support and guidance provided by Victoria throughout the course, has been fantastic. She has helped me achieve something I didn't think was possible.

For anyone contemplating becoming a microblading artist, this course is for you!

Being a super busy person I found the online training really suited me, no time limits and easy to follow I could pick it up and leave it as and when needed.
I was initially worried about the practical training but Victoria was so welcoming and supportive and made it all so easy
I’m so pleased I ‘took the leap’ to get started and am excited for my new future 🙂

Avoid avoid avoid!!! I have now had the full beauty course classroom training cancelled on me 3 times by Next Step Beauty. After spending over £700 with them I have been told I am not entitled to a refund as I have downloaded the training kit. I was made to believe when booking this course that you had to do this before the classroom training.
When I try to explain I have no more holiday entitlement I get no where with them. Telling me I can do the course fully online. I don't want this as I want practical training too. That's why I booked this course and not others out there. I am now seeking legal advice from my work place.

Total scam, still trying to get a refund for over £300 since last July... they'll cancel because there aren't enough people on the course or because people dropped out. Don't open the training material, that's how they get your money.

Been to the place in person to check it out, nothing there. It's all fake.

If this has happened to you, go through your bank because Trading Standards never reply. They should give you a full refund if you've paid via your card.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
