I couldn't have been more impressed with Nine Dots Development during my time on its New Manager (management) course, from the course content to the time, energy and inclusion offered by its trainers Dave and Hollie. It's certainly provided me with the springboard required to develop my managerial techniques at the coal face so to speak. All in all, a very pleasurable experience and one I'd recommend to all interested in taking that next step.

Training given was effective and very helpful, and the balance between input from the trainer and contributions from the trainees was well-found. The use of breakout rooms gave everyone the ability to contribute and share rather than one or two people coming to dominate the conversation, which has happened with other training courses I have attended from other providers. All in all, a great experience.

I completed the Leadership & Management Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship. My Skill coach Margaret was great, she was supportive and provided good feedback. Margret was great at accommodating my end point assessment to a day that was convenient for me.

The only thing I would suggest is that during the first session with my coach if it was made clearer what course works will need to be done and when it would need to be submitted by would have improved my training experience.

The lessons were half a day and spread out so it was manageable with my workload. The sessions helped build my skills as a leader and better equip me to fulfil my role as a lead. It has instilled the confidence in me to do my job.

I have completed NVQ Level 5 Operations Management course. There were initial hiccups but 9 Dots have resolved them very swiftly having listened to learners feedback. The course itself was fantastic, the content was engaging and tutors informative, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My coach Stu has been brilliant. Supported me all the way. He believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. Five stars!

I recently completed a Leadership & Management Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship with Nine Dots Development. I received excellent support from my tutor Stuart Campbell and had regular check-ins throughout the 14 months of the course. The platform which i uploaded my portfolio to had multiple issues and was fixed once these had been flagged. I believe the course could be improved by spreading out the lessons, as i had 6 months between my last lesson and my end assessment so it was hard to remember everything after such a long gap. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and willing to help, overall the course was very helpful in my career and helped me to achieve two promotions. I am now better equipped to fulfill my job role as a manager and have the confidence i need to do my job to the best of my ability. A big thanks to Stu for his hard work and dedication.

Course leader Laurie was incredibly engaging, personable and knowledgeable. I would have preferred a more challenging course content, as some of the sessions felt a little repetitive. Use of 'break-out rooms' was sometimes good, and kept us all engaged. However I did feel that more time could have been allocated to new learning rather than taking up time with so many of the break-out rooms.
