Ive recently passed my transport manager CPC level 3 with NTP and I cant recommend these guys enough. All the tutors were a pleasure to deal with and was always so helpful when I was stuck on certain topics. The knowledge I learnt while doing my course was unbelievable and I managed to pass first time as well.

I enrolled in this online school and paid for the entire course upfront, including study materials. However, I received poorly printed study materials, which raised concerns about the quality of the service. It took me nearly a year to go through the entire course, but when I was at 99% completion, I needed assistance to move forward. When I asked for help, some professors suggested that I continue reading and get back to them later without providing concrete support. I didn't have any opportunity to have a one-on-one discussion with a professor, even though I expected to have such meetings. I tried to extend access to the online platform to avoid the low-quality printed materials, but they asked for an additional £300 for a 3-month extension. Unfortunately, I had to give up on the course due to these financial inconveniences.

About halfway through the course, so far not that impressed. I passed my HGV TM CPC with a different provider, and everything I am reading in this course they taught me. Really is not worth the £325 being charged, and would not recommend it to anyone!

*Update*

Having now fully completed the course, the only part really worth doing is the auditing section. It's a real shame as the way the course is written is brilliant, and had so much potential to be more. It needs to be rethought out, and the price dropped for what content is there! As a newly qualified TM we already know the basics, give us the advanced material as promised!

I passed my Transport Manager course with NTP a few weeks ago. At the beginning of the journey I wasn't sure if I should learn it by the book myself, online or in class. Taking into account the main pros and cons I decided to go for online learning as it gives you more flexibility (I work full time) in comparison with in class and can learn by yourself the vast majority of the material, but you still have sessions with tutors for the parts you don't quite understand or for optimization on how to prepare best and trust me - you need them. The team was one great experience from the day 0 - James from the sales team was straight to the point and nice I figured out all the details I needed in around 10 mins and it was him who explained to me the pros of online method ('Yeah of course,' I thought 'the company is selling it what else they would say' but now looking back I understand that his advice was actually gold in that moment as if I went for learning by the book option by myself I wold most likely not pass the test, really. So thank you James if you're reading it:)
When it comes to the course materials - they compressed it as much as it only possible with keeping it suitable for preparing and passing the test. You gust need to grind on it, there's no other way. The lessons are divided on pieces approximately 10-20 minutes each which makes it easier for you to keep focused taking little brakes after each block.
Your sessions with tutors is one of the main parts of the course after the biggest piece of work is done and materials are digested. They check (electronically through the tests so pass them as they recommend, they know why they recommend it EXACTLY this way, don't try to cheat on the training tests as by that you shoot yourself in the leg by not letting them to determine and draw you attention to the weak points that you need to reinforce to pass). My sessions with Mark made a REALLY big part of my passing, as he gave me the tested useful insights and proven techniques used by previous students that passed and now their list is extended by 1, it works and based on my particular results in training tests he
showed me the areas I needed to improve. A piece of advice - listen carefully when you have one to one sessions, those people know what they are talking about. Mark - without your guidelines I probably wouldn't have passed, the level on which you feel the details of the particular student's case is sincerely fascinating, like art!
Kelly is an amazing woman with a big heart. My first sessions was with her and when I thought that I learned EVERYTHING and for some reason got stuck with one of the tests for a couple of days, she explained exactly where I made a mistake in learning in literally a few minutes, the problem was solved if I learned the materials by myself I don't know how long would it take to find and learn those pieces myself. Later when I had some questions with postage and the situation was urgent (I really needed the certificate as soon as possible) she answered even in the late evenings (8-9pm) which I am really thankful for because in that moment I really needed that. It's great to know that we still have people dedicated to what they do like you!
If you're reading this review in the point where I was when I was deciding - when you just know that you need the certificate, how do you get it? NTP is one of the shortest ways to it that really works.

NTP simply are the best! Passed both exams on road haulage first time of asking. Home study would not normally be my first choice for studying but NTP make this so possible with really easy to follow course notes and help at the end of a phone.
Really good value for money as well most others are over 1k!
Definitely without any shadow of doubt would recommend NTP to anyone looking to pass a transport managers cpc course.

Overall experience AMAZING. Nice platform with amazing staff behind and a very full course with all info you need, always when needed you can seek help to tutors. Friendly staff always there to help and give you advice about pretty much everything. Course will be updated all the time to have the most latest information who abide with legislation in place. I passed my both exams first time in short time and looking behind was the best option to choose NTP. THANK YOU, NTP.

Excellent course with all the support you will need! Can access thorough course notes online (including Audio version) via laptop or smartphone and printable notes are also available - basically, I was able to study anywhere and in any format that I wanted (really handy when you're on the road/working away). Great supplementary notes and additional info available too - helped massively when attempting the trickier mock exam questions! The real exams aren't easy but this course has all the information you will need to be successful - so long as you put the work in!! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Thank you to NTP for supporting me throughout my CPC Transport Manager Road Haulage course & exam. The course layout was easy to follow and there was always someone available to assist me when needed. There is also a good amount of practice questions & past papers available as you are going through the course content, which I found really useful to check my progress. I passed the exam first time & I highly recommend using NTP to anyone who is looking to study online for their CPC qualification.
