The course is spread over 4 weeks so you can assimilate easily the informations provided and also by far the staff at the centre is very helpful and kind.
the trainer Mr. Theo is one of the most professional teacher I have met and is one of the best in the whole of the UK.
Absolutely enjoyed the course and I am so glad to have chosen O99 Training Academy for this SMSTS course cause now I get a better picture of the law, duties and responsibilities of everyone on a site .

I did my SMSTS here and in my opinion here you will find the best teacher you can possibly have, Theo. The way he explains makes it very easy to understand and he also, during the training puts you knowledge to test to make sure you got it. His way of explaining things and the positive vibe that he gives makes you want to learn and just bombard him with questions to know more. I wish I have this man next to me when at work 😀. The location also has a kitchen where you can make yourself a cuppa. ☕️
From now on I will always recommend their services.

I have attended the Level 3 First Aid at Work course. The trainer is very professional. I am also doing an NVQ Level 3 in Cladding with them and my Assessor is very supportive. Strongly recommend them

Purchased a package upfront pre-covid. Started the 2 courses no problem (L3aet + L3 CAVA). Contact dwindled from the tutor. Contact attempted through email, Facebook, messenger etc no meaningful responses.
Went to a different provider after a long time and gave up on all my money.
Genuinely thought 099ltd had gone bust.
Recently contacted 099ltd again after seeing a facebook group adevert pop up on my news feed and got a response!
An apology and the offer for me to "give my course to a friend". That doesn't help me out in any way.

This is just my experience.
I aknowledge they have many happy customers.
I just hope the next person's experience is better than mine.
