I've deleted my last feedback by accident... So, got to do another. Clearly, I'm not going to mention names in poor ways and point fingers etc. And I'll be careful what to say here. But Google asked for feedback. My first experience at this centre was brilliant and I was very loyal. BUT...

Some of the staff try to get personal with me about my personal life. I did bring this up to another member of staff but all I got was "do you have proof" ... It felt like I wasn't believed. And then the staffs try find ways of falling out with me and making me felt uncomfortable at my visits. I cancelled my membership soon after and left. I never got treated like this before in any other gyms.

Although the last manager Darren was such a good man who I haven't had no problems with. Can I also say, the staff seem to had their favourites customers. I did leave a negative review about this centre on their Facebook wall but suddenly it got deleted 🙄 How ironic!!!! I definitely would NEVER return to this place, even if I was paid. You don't treat loyal customers like that!!!!!!

Afterwards I join another gym who was very more professional with me and treated me with respect and support for my weight loss journey.

Never again, one of the most rudest and dirtiest gyms I've ever been to.
Rude staff member named Adam who turned out to be the manager!
Considering the size of the facility, the gym is extremely small and very busy full of kids.
You will not be able to train properly at peak times as it's almost like a social club.
Was not given no show around ,no tour nothing.
Sauna stunk of fieaces and I've been in hotter walk in fridges than their steam room.
Broken lockers and the ones that did work you need to put in elbow grease to close.
Would not recommend, there are a few other better gyms around.
Parking was not an issue

Absolute circus. Booked 4G pitch 6-7pm indefinitely on a Wednesday. Turned up one day and they had mistakenly given the slot to a third party and said there was nothing they could do.

Provided evidence that all sessions were paid for in addition to a deposit of four weeks in advance which they are so far refusing to return.

4G pitch is also extremely poor quality, you can pull up the turf from the edge. It’s not been installed correctly and it is incredibly supply and not fit for purpose.

Encountered numerous issues from start to finish and would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful gym. No staff monitoring the gym. Large groups of kids (there were 7 today just standing around a machine talking) hogging machines for 30 minutes plus making it impossible to get on thing. Dirty out of date changing rooms. Steam room broken most of the time. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!!!!!!! My membership is getting cancelled as soon as I can

Good/ok equipment but definitely needs updating, or some kind of quick makeover. The dumbells are constantly in a Mish mash order whereas if I go to Rebecca adlington, they are always neat and in order etc and the whole gym is just alot cleaner and newer due to the upkeep by staff, however oaktree gym is still good and had equipment others don't. It's just the labour needs to be upkept ...

Quite an ugly building. Out of the 3 receptionists I’ve encountered, 2 were lovely then there’s this grumpy lady with grey hair who’s always rude and sulky. I take a karate class where the main instructor often can’t make it and the other instructors come in at 10 to the class, however I had to get changed there, I was let in but the lady said “Noones turned up yet” in a rude manner.

The two ladies on reception desk, were lovely. Warmth and friendliness goes a long way, made me happy to sign up. Nice facilities and decent gym.
