Produsul comandat este conform așteptărilor. Comanda a fost confirmata telefonic și pentru ca s-a găsit livrator rapid, a fost livrata a doua zi. Domnul Ștefan, persoana recomandata pentru instalare, a fost receptiv, reușind sa îl monteze în aceeași săptămâna. Da, exista costuri aditionale de transport și instalare, însă acestea au fost comunicate dinainte. Pentru locul de joaca din poza instalarea a durat 8:30 h/ 3 pers.

Firma nu asigura si montajul locurilor de joaca. Serviciile de montaj sunt externalizate pentru un cost de 15% din valoarea produsului plus deplasarea echipei, iar daca locuiesti la sute de km de Bucuresti nu e deloc avantajos.
In mod eronat ti se sugereaza ca montajul este usor, similar produselor de la Ikea insa nici vorba. Lemnele vin fara sa fie gaurite sau marcate unde ar trebui sa fie imbinate, si e nevoie de scule specializate. Personal am chemat pe cineva care lucreaza cu lemnul pentru montaj.
Altfel locul de joaca este foarte dragut, insa per ansamblu, avand in vedere complexitatea, calitatea si cantitatea lemnului utilizat as zice pretul nu se justifica.
Si in plus, pentru un loc de joaca de 4700 de lei am mai platit si transport de 15 lei, care sigur ca nu face diferenta dar e un detaliu de marketing

desi numarul de pe site nu functioneaza, dati un replay la mailul de pe care s-a confirmat comanda si vi se va raspunde destul de prompt.
am dat 5 stele pentru profesionalismul celui cu care am discutat intr-un final.

Probleme cu returul. Mi-au refuzat produsele in retur pe motiv ca erau deteriorate in conditiile in care i-am contactat sa le spun ca produsele au ajuns la mine deteriorate.
