I am proud to have studied with Open College.

I love the experience and mode of study - Flexibility.

They offer loads of courses which are interesting an relevant.

Also, their customer service is superb and are very helpful, showing empathy.

I have bought 4 courses so far, and I am planning to buy more in future.

I completed my Diploma in Canine Psychology with distinction through Open College UK Ltd and I have to say I'm not overly impressed. The resource books seemed to be out dated and the lack of contact and the almost impossibility to contact the college through my studies left me with a bit frustrated. One of the resource books was 20 years old and what we know about dogs has changed some what in that time.

The certificate I received through the post almost looks fraudulent the college crest is pixelated and looks extremely unprofessional. It's certainly not something I'd be proud to put in a frame or even show people because it doesn't look real, looks like something someone could have done themselves.

Anyway I'm pretty disappointed and I wonder what the fee I paid was for. I don't quite know how this can be resolved as, as I said in the beginning it's impossible to contact anyone at the college...
